POOR SERVICE CRO 000329

<p>On the 29/6/2016 i send in my huawei ws331wireless range extender for repairs , i followed up on 2 occassions but still did not receive back . On the 3/8/2016 i spoke with Marcelle who is supposed to be the repair centre manager and assured me he will have sorted out, he phone me back twice and assured h will have it resolved, On the 8/8/2016 i followed up again with no joy , i could not get hold of Marcelle , i spoke to a lady at Head Office she could not assist either . This is pathetic service / Can i have this matter resolved immediately , please return my device i don`t want a refund . i will collect at midrand vodacom centre where i handed in at Huwaei store.
