Poor service

I phoned the call Centre to confirm century city were doing the free screen protectors as it was the last weekend of the month as advertised. When I arrived the consultant told me it was the next weekend. At the same time there was someone else in the shop who was told the exact same thing. The consultant refused to make a plan saying it was our problem. Waste of time and poor service
