Poor service

I have put a claim with Huawei on the 11 April 2021 for a ****** phone,The claim was only approved after a month. I have submitted my banking details for a refund but there is still no luck, I have been trying to call them and sending emails everyday but no one is getting back to me it's almost 3 months now without a phone,They have a poor service I regret taking their phone insurance
