Poor service

I have never seen such poor service in my life I have send huawei numerous emails they failed to respond cause I bought my phone on November and at the shop they advise me of 3months screen protection and after almost two weeks they respond by saying I bought my phone before the promotion is this how you treat clients just to tell them you cancelled the policy that’s very wrong very poor service you have you don’t even phone to explain the terms and conditions I am very disappointed
