Poor service

Hy I got a problem here with huawei company I brought a phone p20 lite on 22.02.19 so it almost a month now but now the screen is blurry jumping when I send back to them they said physical damage but I never drop it down or somewhere else they said there are small scratches all over so now I need to take this to the law because they assume that it physical damage they didn’t use anything to check that if it what they thing it is.I went to huawei cornoubia mall in mountachcom phone me @ ********** 331 and email address is ********** Com thank u
