Poor Service

I went to Huawei Service Centre in Melrose, they told me that there is a free screen repair and I should wait in line to book the phone, and hour later while booking, they said that its only phones purchased before 1st July 2018.

According to MTN Greenstone and Huawei website, there is a free screen repair on the Mate 10 Pro, I have done a screenshot of this in December. There is nowhere on the website that says only devices purchased before 1st July will be repaired. This is what made me choose a Huawei as Samsung no longer offered a free screen repair.

I have called and the Call Centre on the 28th December, I emailed them all the details and screenshot of their website, the Huawei team informed me that this will be escalated, thereafter they informed me that Managers will only get back on the 3rd January, I followed on the 3rd of January and they informed me that Managers are still on leave and will be back on the 7th January. I followed up again on the 8th of January and I have not received any feedback.
