Poor service

Good day,

On 03/08/2017 my phone was collected for a faulty camera that would not focus. Till this day, 18/09/2017, I have not heard anything about what is wrong and when I can expect my phone to be returned. I sent and e-mail to the technical department and stated that I do not have any reference number and did not receive one at all. So please do not reply to this say: "Can you provide me with a reference number....I DO NOT HAVE ONE! I am not interested in any excuse whatsoever. As far as I am concerned you can keep the phone and send me the Samsung Galaxy S8 which I wanted to start my contract with but the reps was there and all of the staff convinced me to take the Huawei because there are almost no come backs and the after sales service is stunning. So this beings said. I will now not settle for any answer but sorry sir and your Samsung, which I never had bad service from or a failure like this. I read on Huawei forums, after I had the problem, that this is a common problem and the phones of other clients was not fixed but replaced. So please read and fully understand what I am writing, I am not interested in a Huawei phone at all or any promises and excuses. I want the phone replaced with a Samsung as stated above, if someone has to buy it out of their own pockets, I do not care at all. Nothing would convince me to change my mind. If that can not happen, we can take this further and I can rather speak to Huawei international head office, which I will do. I am not interested in using your product any further. If I do not get a reply (NOT A PHONE CALL, because I will not be nice and kind at all) by the end of the work day of 19/09/2017 via this site, I will take it further and this is not an empty threat or just saying. I do have all the details of the Singapore Corporate head office with me already. Thank you
