POOR Service!!

My Fiance has sent her Huawei in for her screen to be replaced on the 4th August 2017 and it is already 6 weeks without any response or it being fixed and the phone line has not been working for 3 weeks. Worst service I have ever experience and will not recommend anybody getting a Huawei product for the poor service they offer!!!
