Poor por poor service

My Huawei battery got burnt early this year and Huawei technologies sent RAM couriers to collect it, till today I'm still waiting for reply from Huawei, i went to Huawei in Melrose they told me they didn't receive my phone from RAM courier and there is a proof that my phone was received by Deshilla at Huawei technologies in Melrose, I'm so disappointed by you guys this is disgusting, i spend my airtime calling your call centre with no help they kept promising to reply with 72hrs i don't know how ling is 72hrs nowadays.
