Poor online experience

So about 2 weeks ago I made a purchase for a Huawei gt 2 watch strap which was going for R100 on the website.. For a week I received no response after my purchase..

I then emailed and then they stated that the strap is out of stock (why did I have to email to find this out? And clearly poor stock management processes).. So I went to their website and the watch strap was still available but now for R495!

So clearly they botched up their pricing and said that they're out of stock to squirm their way out of giving me the product, which is utterly pathetic.

I did get my refund quickly, so I appreciate that. But not a good online store at all.. Rather stick to Takelot.
