Poor disappointing service

I am very disappointed with the level of service received. I submitted my claim for screen repair early December and till date i am still told that i am in queue and my phone is yet to be fixed How long does one need to approve a mere quotation. This is really poor service and i is frustrating to wait for more than a month just for a quote to be approved
