Poor customer service Huawei SA

I recently spent R11 000.00 on 2 huawei smart watches. I was told I can register for 100 day cover on the screens for the smart watches. I however needed to register online. I have made countless attempts to register the devices with no feed back. Their call centre never answers. Their customer care service is non existant. Pathetic and unexceptable.
