Poor Customer Service

Absolute poor customer service ever,booked phone in for screen replacement and paid same day.Got a call after 7 to collect my phone and when I got there I was told "oh no,sorry.Your phone was not repaired,we will deliver it to ur work place.Come delivery day more stories,Unfortunately the motherboard is faulty and u have to pay an additional R1900.This is after I waited for more than 7 working days for the phone only to be told stories
