Poor customer service

I took my child phone smart 2021 smart phone for screen and cover repairs on the 20th of September to date no communication from Huawei Menlyn. I went to the store 3 times already and they keeping telling me they waiting for parts, to date no communication none whatsoever. Poor customer service
