Poor customer service

In April 2025, I bought a Huawei pura 70 ultra cash at Midlands mall in Pietermaritzburg in Kwazulu Natal. I was told that the gadget comes with a free gift which is a watch and ear phones. It was explained that the company will deliver the gift to my physical address. Till this day, I have not received the gift nor a courtesy call explaining why the gift has not been delivered.

I found it weird to buy a gadget at the shop and then told that the gift will be delivered, I am of the view that the minute you buy the gadget you must be given the gift same time.

In view of the above, I would like helow peter to intervene on my behalf and do a follow on what is the cause of the delay.
