Poor customer service

<p>Huawei customer service in South Africa terrible. I for the first time taken a Huawei handset on contract. All my previous handsets were Samsung. I regret not taking another Samsung. They have the best customer service and always responded to queries. As for Huawei I sent thespian emails and no response. This Huawei P9 don't support most apps and haven't certain features. No response. </p>
