poor after sales services

on 1st october 2022 i upgraded my contract at telkom in century city and choose a hauwei nova 10 phone i was assisted by donovan johnson who informed me when i took fone that i can just go to the huawei store in century city and they will do a free silicone protector on my screen.he then went to the store himself to findout while i waited in telkom then came back and said the machine is nt working and i must come the next week to the HUAWEI store.the next week i went out of my own to the huawei store in century city and was told by consultant that the free silicone screen protector is only done the last weekend of the month then i said thats not what donovan told me so the consultant said i can pay R200 to have it done so i said no il come back the last weekend then.so last weekend the 29.10.22 i went to hauwei store once agen for the feee silicone protector only to be told again by another consultant that they dont have stock as they did 6 silicone screens the friday then i scold and said this unacceptable as it was my 3rd tym now that i came to store and now im told another strory.she then went to the back and spoke to someone who i assume is the manager as no1came to front with her then she told me to write down my contact number and email as soon as they get stock they will call me by friday and keep 1aside for me and then i asked if i will be charged seing this is a free silicone screen only done last weekend of the month her reaponse was no.she told me her manager sergio would call me by friday but nobody called me or even notified that they didnt get stock yet.i also took down Sergio number but why should i the customer have to call?this customer service from hauwei is pathetic and unacceptable thats the whole reason why i was afraid to upgrade to hauwei again as there after sales service is really ****.
