Poor after sale service

Well I tell you these people at Huawei just don't care at all. I have already written a bad review on their service and they still have not contacted me back...

I still don't know what the status of my phone is.

Has it been repaired? Can it be repaired? Have they lost my phone maybe.?

They just could not be bothered the least bit. My handset has been at their repair centre in Melrose arch for 4 weeks today. Not a single Sms, email or a phone call from one of their agents... I really don't know if I'll ever receive my phone again. Can a company be this complacent?

They lack professionality. Guys Huawei just doesn't care about their clients... Ps be extremely cautious when buying a Huawei phone as their after sale service is poor...
