Played and ignored

Last year a consultant from Huawei claims sent my mate 40 to a private company in Sandton which expected me to pay R6000 formy screen.Got verification messages while in their position showing they tried to use it. Immediately requested they send it back since R6000 excess was to much and tried to open my phones apps could not trust them. Consultant promised to deposit R3000 of my claim which never happened. Went to Huawei menlyn where the manager explain it was suppose to be brought to them or sent to Huawei melrose not a private company. She promised to followup and assist. To date she is ignoring my emails, had to take another phones Nova 9 on contract while paying for my broken mate 40.
