Phone under Warranty yet no replacement

I have a Huawei P20 that i got on contract from Vodacom Sandton City in Jan 2019. Unfortunately i have had issues with my phone for the past 3 months and have had the worst service from the Vodacom repairs center.

It has been 3 months of repeat visits with below average serviceat the the Vodacom repairs shop and alas - I STILL DO NOT HAVE A FUNCTIONING PHONE. My warranty expires on 10th January 2020 after which point i will be stuck with this phone that is still not fully functioning. I have been to the Vodacom shop where i bought the phone and they say there is nothing they can do and i need to work through the Vodacom repairs store. Note: HUAWEI rep who was present at the Vodacom store and inspected my phone on 16th November even confirmed that the phone needed replacement however here i still do not have a functioning phone. to this day!

I have detailed below all incidents logged with Vodacom - can i get some support on resolving this issue. This is your brand and i would expect that you have a vested interest in having a better customer experience with your products.

Incident 1 - phone booked in on 23rd Aug for repairs as my home button was not working. Phone back and home button working however other things broken. Incident 2 - phone booked in 30th October. Phone unable to access the network, apps not working and unresponsive Incident 3 - phone booked in 16th November. Phone overheating - hot to the touch, apps unresponsive requiring phone re-boot, Camera not working, torch not working Incident 4 - phone booked in 24th Nov. Phone just received from incident 3 repairs and IMEI number on phone not matching that in SIM card IMEI
