phone sent for Repairs since 24 July 2017.

I am absolutely disappointed by the service provided by Huawei Technologies. My phone was sent in for repairs on July 24th , I was advised that I would receive the repaired phone after 10 working days. After numerous back and forth calls with Huawei's call centre, I was told by Nkululeko Nhleko that my phone would be delivered on September 21st . After calling again and speaking to Ida Fourie, she told me that she would get back to me. I am still waiting for her call to let me know when am I receiving my phone. " from the service I got from Huawei I wouldn't advise anyone to use Huawei because they will end up having the same problem."
