Phone in for repairs for over a month

Hi

I currently have a Huawei P9 in for repairs which was sent to the Melrose Branch on the 12th August 2017. Its the 13th September 2017 and the phone is still not fixed. I have had to buy a new phone in order to carry on which i think is unreasonable.

Its been over a month already and 22 working days since i sent the phone in. I called today and the consultant says the parts will only arrive on the 26th of September 2017.

Please advise asap.
