Phone doesn't work

Saying disappointed will be an understatement. I'm not surely how am I feeling for being made a FOOL by Huawei. My phone is not working. I only have 1 phone, I reached out to your FB consultant who told me to go to Huawei Brits and look for Asanda. I went to all mobile stores. There is no Huawei in Brits, Cellc, Vodacom,Mtn and Telkom don't have Asanda and their consultant Tshireletso wasnt working. I need my phone to be fixed. I need my WhatsApp to work. I have been sent from pillar to post. I am not a child. I am not a fool. I might be black but certainly NOT STUPID.
