PHONE CRACKED WHILE CHARGING

I bought Huawei P8 , few months ago. Now as I was charging my phone, to my horror I saw the screen was completely cracked. I went to canal walk store with my complaint , but I was accused of dropping the phone. I'm disgusted with such accusation,. I've had other phones before , but to have a phone cracking while charging, I have never experienced such thing. This is absolutely terrible, that you are refusing to replace my phone, but instead you want me to pay money to fix my phone that I already paid for and close to the value I purchased it ? you need to go and do some test on the phone to see what really cracked the phone before you accuse your customers, because I'm very disgusted.
