Phine missing

I sent my phone in just over a month ago in for repairs to get the screen replace and I was told that I would get it back in 2-14 days never the less I phoned constantly and no response back their phone constantly rung and eventually got hold of Huawei on Facebook where they told me their no device even after sending the IMEI number which I did only to be told that their is no phone there and at the Melrose arch centre. I am livid and I am tired of waiting for someone to get back to me regarding this as they still dont know the devices where abouts. I am going to take this further as its nothing but empty promises and quite frankly disgusting. I am paying telkom for a month where I have not been able to use my data or cell phone. Nicole
