Pethetic customer service from Huawei Melrose Arch

Ive been a Huawei cluent for a good 7-8years. Huawei repair center Melrose Arch's customer service has declined very badly & is very pethetic. They do not keep to their promise to provide feedback even after i have made a few calls to them to get some feedback back to date no feedback.

I had to site & wait over 15mins to see a consultant even with me being the only other person in the queue. They only had one consultant an duty, how do you run a customer care center with only one consultant.

When I finally got help the tech that was working on the phone was conveniently not available & the device was open & not sealed.
