People taken from pillar to post bad service

So disappointed in the Huawei incentives , once worked for a company which had incentives from Huawei when u sold a certain Huawei phone u would getan incentive from Huawei i couldn't receive my card so ot got returned to Huawei i called the call centre support where l dealt with a guy named sfiso who took me from pillar to post and then i sent , an email and didn't get any response nor a call then i facebooked Huawei tjey didn't respond till last week i sent ot again and was referred back to Huawei incentives then sent another email still nothing always checked the CIP app where i saw i had R1236 that was loaded and i didnt get my card even after i went through all the trouble i mean i worked for that money i need my card
