Pathetic,discusting service

So I took in my P10 lite for repairs. I got a quotation, paid the blady quote but no service. I was told that once you pay the quote, the device gets fixed immediately guess what? I had to call the a thousand times to enquire on how far they are but all im getting is empty promises. The most discusting part is that the stupid manager Dadi has the nerve to tell me that il get an sms today as they received parts. Im really discusted by the service and wont be recommending HUAWEI to anyone.
