Pathetic, unhelpful and insensitive company!!!!

Huawei is a very uncaring company. The life of it's clients are unimportant to them. I reported a fault with their P9, which started smoking while charging. Instead of notifying and alerting other users of this phone as it poses a danger to their lives, Huawei instead chose to leave me without a phone and worse still I am being punished for their faulty devise!!!! I have NOT even been contacted as a courtesy call, no apology, no query about what happened and no courtesy phone. They just treat me like dirt!!!! I think they should recall this phone because it may explode in the hands of an innocent child and even **** someone. I am making these allegations based on what happened to me and I am the most careful user of cell phones. My cell phone was immaculate and in excellent condition, yet this happened to me. Why are the not making a mass recall? Even car manufacturers make a mass recall if they come to know something is wrong with a batch. But not Huawei - instead they choose to insult they loyal clients. I am also angry that TELKOM who sells these devises is doing NOTHING to warn it's clients of the dangers of using this phone!!!!
