Pathetic service...Huawei Cornubia

Pathetic service... 4 days to update software and replace battery. Job card number 2660 & 2661... no eye for detail and customer service... My hubbie and I have given in both our mobiles (10/09/2019) on grounds that we would be collecting them the next day (our phones are used for our kids, schools, business) , through out the week i was calling the store to see the progress on the phones, i have spoken to Prenelle and Sahil (Once). Prenelle was suppose to confirm with the technician for the replacement of the back cover, which was NEVER DONE!!! this morning i spoke to the store manager Veeran and says that the staff was suppose to inform me the these phones take 5-7 working days, should that been the case, i would of NEVER booked in both these phones...

Really bad service!!!
