Pathetic Service - STAY AWAY~!!!

So...Fibre is the in thing and everyone was so happy that they will be able to make use of this. The trenching took months in our Estate and Complex and it didn't go with any hick ups. Yes...the damages that this pathetic company caused in our complex was unacceptable and do they pay...No!!! They make a lot of promises...send people out, ask for proof of repairs etc etc. It is now more than 2 years and yet they have not paid for the damages they caused. They blatantly ignore mails....just no respect! This is the most pathetic company to deal with and warn everyone that when they come with all their promises to leave your place in the condition it was that it is utter BS... Don't trust them!!
