Pathetic Service received from Huawei Durban - Covid Protocol not followed and shop is unsafe to visit

Went to the only store in Durban at Cornubia and the service was absolutely pathetic. I needed a new battery for my mifi router and was forced to wait for over an hour in the service queue just to make a 1 minute purchase. The store was also very busy and did not have sufficient social distancing as all the couches were full to capacity without spaces between people. When I brought this to the Managers attention, he told me that if I am everyone else is comfortable and I am the only one who has an issue. I have his name and he was the rudest person I have ever met. I will be moving over to Samsung as the customer service there is superior in comparison to Huawei.
