Pathetic Service! Huawei Cornubia

Cannot believe the pathetic service received from this store. The manager (viren) together with his staff are *********** on every level. My device was booked in on the 29/07/2019 for the LCD to be replaced. I received a call to pick up my device and proceeded to do so on the 01/08/2019. Upon receiving my device I noticed that the back glass had been repaired which I did not ask for and certainly wasnt prepared to pay for something that I did not request. I requested the original back glass to be put back on. I was called yesterday again to collect my device as it has been repaired. I get to the store today, my back glass has been put on but the touch isnt completely working. I called the store and explained to the manager that when I try to unlock the phone it shows a message "do not cover the top of the screen". This idiot's response was "I advised you that the phone will not function properly if the back glass isnt repaired". 1stly I used my device for a whole year with the back glass being shattered and I had no issues. 2ndly I was advised that if the motherboard stops working it'll be at my own risk, he said nothing of the device not working. These idiots expect me to keep bring my device back to the store yet they dont take into consideration my time and fuel.I've been a samsung user for over 15years and had no issue with them. Moving over to huawei was the biggest mistake. Completely disgusted with Huawei. Please employ competent people, not just any ass.
