Pathetic service from Huawei and its agents.

This is my 2nd complaint and no one has made contact with me. My concern is that the damage of my screen is worsing and when they(Huawei) assess my phones screen they will have alot of reasons not to fix my screen. I thought getting this P40 with the 100 days free screen would work to my advantage I guess not.
