Pathetic service from Huawei

Where do I start with the pathetic service and communication back from their Logistics manager and regional head. I have taken a Huawei Pura phone at Vodacom Canal Walk with a free tablet about 6 months ago. Till date I did not get my tablet. going up and down they said the couriers told them it was delivered. Once I got the POD it is not even my signatures. Now I told them to get my replacement, and they can sort it out with the couriers in the background but guess what? Customers service is not important to them at all. I rather go back to Samsun and never every go the Huawei route again and I will tell all my friends and people I know that was thinking to move over agin.
