Pathetic Service Ever, Huawei Canal Walk (false advertising and promises)

I bought a Mate 9 especially for the VIP services and to not have any inconveniences regarding screen repair,courier pick up and deliveries,loan phone, engraving etc. when my phone gave issues I went to Hauwei Canal walk to book it in, the lady who helped me told me sorry we do not give loan phones so I took the phone again, that was almost 2 months ago. yesterday i went again to the canal walk store, firstly they told me that my warranty has expired, so i had to log back into the phone to show them expiring date was for yesterday. Then again I asked for my loan phone since all the perks for the mate 9 was unavailable such as the Engraving(the machine was sent away). courier (was supposed to collect my phone on the 25th, they never came). this lady again told me "sorry we have no loan phones we gave all out this weekend you have to come in to come find out whether we have any loan phones,because we do not have a direct contact number at our store (from malmesbury to canal walk just to find out if they have). I phoned Hauwei customer care today, i got a direct nr for Canal walk store( store staff ****), and once again today they told me sorry we have no loan phones yet.

So what was the use of buying the VIP Phone with all the perks if Hauwei cannot deliver......... they have excuses for everything, they lie about everything!!!!!

I will never ever buy any Hauwei product even if that is the only product make on the market.
