Absolutely pathetic service. *********** lying human beings that are a disgrace to the service industry. If this is what Huawei stands for and allows this class of service assistants to represent their brand I will never purchase another phone or product of theirs.

We are immigrating on March 8th which is in 9 days time and we want our phone back. Viren the manager at the repair center needs to sort this out... It's not my problem that his choice of *********** staff made errors!
