Pathetic service and now wanting to charge R800 for screen repair

<p>Good day</p> <p>I am very, very disapointed in the service i am receiving from Hauwei SA. My wifi and bluetooth board broke 2months after i got the phone and i waited 4 months to get Hauwei to even start fixing the phone. The courier picked up my phone on the 18th of April and i have yet to receive any feedback from Hauwei so i contacted them this morning and found out that because my screen had a tiny crack in the want to charge me R800 to replace the screen? What type of nonsense is that? The leaset Hauwei SA can do for their very very bad service is to replace that screen for free which i know you guys probably wont as you are too pathetic to give good customer service. I am very upset that i chose this phone in the first place as i have never had such bad service from any other cellphone company and you have definately lost some customers as i will be broadcasting this on social media and to all my friends who are thinking about purchasing a Huawei phone </p>
