Pathetic service

Pathetic customer service, after placing an online order and receiving no feedback I called the call centre. After being on hold for 20 mins I spoke to an incredibly rude arrogant person called Romeo. I was then lectured on how online orders and turn around time works. This is disgusting customer service and will not be tolerated.
