Pathetic Huawei services South Africa

I am extremely disgusted with the customer service i have received by Huawei South Africa.

I have experience so many problems with them that I am starting to lose count!

Firstly the Huawei store in Cornubia has upped the charge for the Mate 20 pro screen repair by R1100 more than the huawei quoted price. i was quoted R4200 by Huawei over their telefonic customer services and instead I was charged R5300.

Secondly, I was told my phone would be ready the next day but instead 3 weeks have gone by and i still have not received my phone.

I rely on my phone for my income and I have lost 3 weeks of work because of this. I have impatient customers and I have lost a lot of money because of this inconvenience. If they informed me that it would of taken this long I could have made other arrangements to sort out the data on my phone.

Thirdly, they have not done anything to please a dissatisfied customer! I am extremely disgusted at the type of service I have received. After continuously emailing, calling and visiting the site they still have not done anything to better the situation
