Pathetic Customer Service Do Not Buy Huawei!!!!!

Rather spend money on customer service instead of advertising.

from the 4th of May 2020 i have been trying to request a collection for repairs. emails..emails from website...twitter etc... only response was twitter 48 hours ago stating its Top Priority imagine the poor souls who are not top priority.

honestly i never had any issues with Xiaomi 1 email and couriers collected unit.

honestly i feel like giving this phone away to another poor soul.
