Pathetic Customer Service and Dishonest Sales Pitches

In November 2016 I purchased a Huawei P9 mobile phone through Vodacom.

As part of the contract agreement I was promised a R2 000.00 Woolworths voucher. I December 2016 I went online to activate the Woolworths voucher on the Huawei website. Despite waiting patiently for approximately two weeks I did not receive any feedback from Huawei and did not receive the voucher as promised.

Since this point in time I have also sent follow up emails to Huawei to query this matter and have not received any constructive feedback.

For anybody considering a Huawei mobile phone, I can only say, don't do it! Huawei's customer service is non-existant and I am very concerned about what will happen if I even have any trouble with this phone and need any sort of support from Huawei.

Simply put, they are useless, and if you are looking for a mobile phone, you would be better off looking for another manufacturer.
