Pathetic after sales service _ repair center

We gave the phone in for repairs entrusting that the “warranty” would cover it. Had we know that it will be rejected to “damages” which no one at the store made my wife aware off, we would have taken it to an aftermarket repairer.

We have since asked that the price be reconsidered as we are unable to pay that amount and have not heard back.

To our surprise, the notification that the phone is ready for collection, so we assumed our plea was considered and now we find we are back to square one.

I asked for a superior to give me a call on the 30th of August and haven't received a call nor an email response.
