Pathetic

I sent my p10 in for repairs at the canal walk branch about 2 months ago. This company thats supposed to be a communications giant, can't be bothered to even have a telephone line. When I went back to the store they gave my phone back but it had th same problems, and my phone would be express courierd, i have had no communication with the store, even after many emails and visits. I have email complaint after complaint and still I don't have my phone back. This is pathetic service and I will never buy any of their products again purely because of the service I have been getting. I just want to know when I can get the phone that I am paying a lot of money for back.
