Pathethic insurance service provider

I have cellphone insurance with this company. I've been paying them for more than a year. I booked in my phone for screen repairs on the 11 Jan 23 , I still haven't received it back and now they have opted to not responding to my emails. I've had insurances before this is there worst ever and I would never advice anyone to take out an insurance with this company.
