P9 Lite repair nightmare

The worst service i have ever got from a cellphone provider, sent my P9 Lite that is still under waranty in for repairs 3 momths ago just to get a quote for R 2600 back for repair cost. My charge port overheated and burnt spontaneously after i took it from the charger and placed it on my desk now they say because my phone has a small crack on the top right side of my phone this is my fault, this is my second p9 lite in my contract and this was a reconditioned phone that i had for 6 months that Huawei sent me because they could not fix my first one. My phone is now still at Two Tins Repairs Maitland where it probably will stay for the rest of its life.
