P9

The Hauwei P9 has to be the worst device anyone can ever own. The screen is very fragile. I have replaced it twice if not 3 times already. I had to also take in the camera for repairs because the camera would not focus. Now there is a new update on the software I tried to update it and now my device says failed verification and gives me options to reboot but still nothing happens. It's basically not functioning anymore. I called the call center and I was told I have to go to the repair store. It's seriously annoying the amount of trips one has to keep making to the Hauwei store. Can't the phone just FUNCTION!!!!!!
