P8 Lite Faulty after 9 months

<p>Picked up a problem with our P8 Lite phone. Telkom said it would take 3-6 weeks if they send it away.</p> <p>Went directly to Huawei Service center in Canal Walk Cape Town and booked it in myself.</p> <p>Staff was very helpful and efficient. Booked it in in no time at all – 15 min</p> <p>Said they cannot promise turnaround because it needs a new motherboard but they will do their best.</p> <p>Received an email after 24 hours to inform me to pick up the phone.</p> <p>Huawei replaced the phone with a brand new device.</p> <p>GREAT customer service !!!! Thanks guys</p>
