P50 Pocket Screen Cracked.

Hi I am Huawei customer, I'm currently carrying P50 pocket flip. My handset is now 14 Months old. It was on a charger one night around January 2024, it happens that loadshadding kicks in while I was fast asleep during the night, it found my device plugged in a charger and damaged my screen. I went to Huawei centre in Menlyn Shopping Centre in Pretoria for assistance, I was told by the workers there that I can not be assisted after they have visually observed my device and I'm told that I dropped my device and by so doing I can not be assisted because according to their warranty policy if you drop the device automatically that device het out of warranty.

Then I was given a quotation of over R10 000 to get my screen fixed. After being a loyal customer to this company that's how they thank me. I want to advice others to know that Huawei doesn't care about an individual but your money. In my life I will never buy or support such company.

I have a very bad experience with the treatment I got.
