P40lite doesn't make video calls

I have recently bought my Huawei P40lite but I cannot make any video calls! Tried reaching out to Huawei even on social media but all they do is ignore me blatantly. It is the first time I own a Huawei and definitely won't be making this mistake again. TILL NOW I AM STILL WAITING. The 'tips' option is just as useless
